The moisturiser is formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin. As with any new skincare product, patch test on a small area first.
Once a week for the charcoal face scrub. More often than that and you strip the skin rather than clean it. The moisturiser is for daily use.
Scrub first. Rinse thoroughly, pat dry, then moisturise while the skin is still slightly damp.
The moisturiser runs out first. Both come in 110ml pots, but you're using one every day and the other once a week. Expect one to two months from the moisturiser with daily use on face and body, and four to six months from the scrub. Most people go through two or three moisturisers per pot of scrub.
Both. The face scrub and the moisturiser are unisex and suit all skin types.
Activated charcoal is highly porous. It binds to dirt, excess oil and everyday grime on the skin's surface so they lift away when you rinse. It doesn't draw anything out of your body — it cleans.
